Beta User Agreement for StagePrep App

Welcome to StagePrep! This Beta User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "Beta User") and StagePrep Inc. ("StagePrep"), the developer and owner of the StagePrep application ("App"). This Agreement governs your use of the App during the beta testing period.

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT USE THE APP.

The App is copyrighted by Intuitive Design Studio, Inc. ("IDS") and is solely intended for use by IDS employees and IDS-approved affiliates. Any unintended use without prior written consent by IDS owners is prohibited. The application can not be copied, sold, licensed or distributed to anyone outside of IDS without prior written consent by IDS owners.

License Grant

During the beta testing period, StagePrep grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for testing purposes only. The license will terminate automatically at the end of the beta testing period.

Beta Testing

You understand and acknowledge that the App is a beta version and may not be complete or fully functional. As a beta tester, you may encounter errors, defects, and other issues with the App. You agree to report any issues you encounter to StagePrep promptly.

Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. StagePrep makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the App. StagePrep specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StagePrep shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, regardless of the cause of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StagePrep is incorporated, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Termination

StagePrep may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, with or without notice.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and StagePrep with respect to the App and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and StagePrep.

Amendments

StagePrep may amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on its website. Your continued use of the App after the revised Agreement has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

By using the app, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
